Hi, hi, hi!  My name is CarolAnn Shepherd and I have been Theodoras webmistress since 1999.  Over the years, I have met the most remarkable people through my association with Theodoras.  Instructors and bead artists, hobbyists and professionals...what a great community of creative minds!

I live in Vancouver, BC Canada with my chef husband, 2 large Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs (girls) and 2 Siamese cats (boys).  I'm lucky to work out of my home in an office overlooking beautiful frontyard gardens. I was born and raised in New Jersey and a small part of my heart remains there with my family. As long as a part of me remains, they are always with me. :)

Through 'osmosis', I've picked up a knowledge of beading and a passion for beautiful beaded things. 

Although I'm not qualified to do much more than look, I thought perhaps if I posted up an opening, many more of you would feel comfortable putting your thoughts and comments down too. 

Forums boards can be a great source of "how-to" knowledge as well as a good way to develop the community reaching out to all the ends of the earth for those that share your passion.
